The Director of Operations helps drive our daily business activities. They are responsible for managing our administrative, operational and HR needs as we grow and scale our real estate business. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and passionate about building and implementing operations/systems.
Initially, the position will be guaranteed 20 hours per week. However, there is a tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement as an integral member of the leadership team.
Our flagship office is conveniently located in Colusa Circle next to AC Transit and less than a mile from BART. In addition to being in and adjacent to many of the nearby communities that we serve, the location includes a thriving farmer's market, several restaurants, and a great mix of other retail and service businesses. We are also excited to be expanding our business with a Sonoma County presence.
